Bell Lane Terrace is a senior’s only building serving those who are 60 years of age or older. The 26 apartment units located on two floors are part of the seniors' housing program. The units opened in 2007 and are located at 6 Bell Lane Brantford, Ontario, N3T 0C3.

- 15 one bedroom apartments
- 4 two bedroom apartments
- 6 one bedroom apartments are specifically designed for those requiring a totally accessible unit

Rates & How to Apply
Application forms can be obtained from the City of Brantford Housing Department, 58 Dalhousie Street, Brantford, Ontario or by calling 519-759-3330 for both the market and rent geared to income units.

Applicants will be placed on a waiting list and offers will go out depending on availability of units.
