About the Program

The Day and Stay Program is for individuals that live in Brantford and Brant County that have memory loss. This program is located within the John Noble Home. It is a home like setting designed and built especially for persons with dementia. The purpose of the program is to provide structured activities that help individuals maintain an optimum level of physical ability, intellectual function and social interaction. The program provides stimulation for the client and allows the caregiver the opportunity to have time for themselves. The goal is to delay placement in long term care and improve quality of life for both the individual with dementia and the care provider. Staff are sensitive, compassionate persons with additional education in interacting and caring for persons with memory problems.

The Day and Stay Program offers four programs:

  •  Day Program
  • Afternoon Program
  • Overnight Stay Program
  • In-Home Therapeutic Recreation Program

To find our more information about this program or how to apply, contact the Manager of Day and Stay Program at 519-756-2920 ext. 4286.
